- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

- You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if:

- ✔ All tags and labels are intact.
- ✔ The product is not part of a final sale, promotional bundle, or clearance offer.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
